I was a year 6 as I decided to move on to year 7( I didn't I was forced to)! I advise all of year 6 to have the time of your life in year 6 because even if you say you won't cry on the last day, I'm sure you will. I was really exited to go to high school like most kids, but I did not know what lay ahead of me. Try to be head boy or girl I promise it the best feeling ever. All the moments in year 6 are going to be treasures in year 7. Believe me. I miss all of the staff in year 6. I miss you Miss Le Couteur.

Your work ethic will take you anywhere you want to go in life; I'm so glad that you remember us at Etchells and think back fondly on your time here. We miss you, too, and can't wait to hear of all the wonderful things you were achieve. Love from Miss L. x

the best thing about being in year 6 is being the oldest and setting an example and also that we get to go to to places that some of the younger ks2 and ks1 don't get to go to like Robin wood.

Hi I'm lara last year I was in year 6.
In yr 6 you get amazing experiences and opportunities, don't be worried, scared or nervous. Have fun and make the most of it. Because you won't be able to turn back time and do it again so if you want to do something in yr 6 DO IT!! Also have fun and I'll hope to see you soon!
Love Lara

I was a year 6 student of the class 2014. Being in year 6 was so easy and so fun. Trust me, don't take year 6 (or any primary years of that matter) for granted. Once you reach the big world of high-school life gets harder! Primary seems so simple now i look back on it.. i remember struggling with the maths SATs in year 6, that stuff seems so simple now i think about it. Remember to try you're hardest and have fun, it all counts in the future! - FC x

I was in y6 here in 2014,
I'm now in y9 and can tell you make the most of every minute you have there you will miss it when you leave. I loved y6 for reasons like robin wood and prom and our y6 production. Don't worry about SATS they aren't as bad as they seem. Treasure the time you have left there i would do anything to come back. Try your hardest and you will succeed.
