Come to our New Parents' Meeting on Tuesday 25th June 2024. There will be a short presentation followed by a tour of our school and EYFS classrooms.

Followed by three induction visits for reception children new to Etchells:

Starting Reception or Nursery in September 2025?
Starting Nursery and Reception or moving to a new school is a big step in a young child’s life and we aim to help you with your choice of school as much as possible.
We would love to meet you all in person and show you around our school and classrooms. During the Autumn term we organise this on several dates, in small groups, prior to parents making their choice of preferred school in January. This can also be arranged if your child is joining at other times throughout the year. Please telephone our school office on 0161 437 1792 to book an appointment.
In the meantime, we are trying to make choosing your new school as supportive as possible and provide you with all the information you need.
The best place to start is with the School Tour video on the right of this page. We hope this will give you an insight into all the fun and learning that happens at Etchells. It also shows many of our areas around school. We look like quite a small school from the front, some people don't realise that we are a large, modern school with expansive grounds including a huge school field, Forest School areas, several big playgrounds, an adventure trail, a ball court, music garden, bike track, log cabin, ICT suite and much much more!
