Welcome to our class page. Mrs Heathcote will be teaching the class on Monday-Wednesday. Miss Hobson will be teaching on Thursday and Friday. Other adults who work in our class regularly are; Mrs Hayward, Mrs Haastrup and Mrs Clark. 

In Year 1 we will be exploring, discovering and learning together. Our classroom is a place where everyone is valued, encouraged to try their best and supported to shine in their own unique way. We look forward to a busy and exciting year! We love teaching year 1 it is such an amazing time for the children to develop and grow in confidence!

Mrs Heathcote started working at Etchells last year and for Miss Hobson this is the start of her 30th year at the school!  

Learning is always a partnership between home and school. We are both looking forward to working with you and your child during the coming 12 months.
