2W NSPCC Number Day 2019

Class: 2W Year: 2018 - 2019

On Friday 1st February we took part in the NSPCC's National Number Day 2019. We asked for small change to be donated and it flooded in! A HUGE thank you to all who donated to this very worthy cause.

As a result of the many donations, the children were able to take part in a wide range of different activities based on the sorting, counting and observation of the different coins. We also looked at how the image of the Queen has changed during her reign and at where different coins could be placed on a time line.

Our next job is to count and donate the money raised, to the NSPCC.
